Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. Service description
Aurenza provides AI-powered clinic management software including patient communication, lead management, appointment scheduling, and aftercare support.
2. Agreement
By using Aurenza services, partner clinics agree to these terms. A separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governs the processing of patient data between Aurenza (processor) and the clinic (controller).
3. Clinic responsibilities
Clinics are responsible for:
- Obtaining patient consent
- Providing privacy notices
- Ensuring data accuracy
- Complying with KVKK and GDPR
- Maintaining their own legal compliance
Clinics must not use Aurenza for purposes that violate applicable law.
4. Data processing
We process patient data only on documented instructions from the clinic. We do not access, use, or share patient data for our own purposes. We do not sell personal data.
5. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime.
6. Intellectual property
Aurenza retains all rights to our software, platform, and AI models. Clinics retain all rights to their patient data and clinic content.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the applicable subscription terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will export your data and securely delete it within 60 days of termination, unless longer retention is required by applicable law. You may request an earlier export of your data at any time before termination.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
