Data Deletion
Aurenza processes patient data on behalf of clinics that use our platform. If you would like your personal data deleted, you have two options:
Automatic (via Meta / WhatsApp)
If you connected through Facebook or WhatsApp, you can request deletion directly from your Meta account settings. Meta will notify us automatically, and we will permanently delete all data associated with your profile — including conversations, messages, documents, appointments and lead records — typically within 30 days.
By request
You can also email us at privacy@getaurenza.com with your name and the phone number you used to contact the clinic. We will verify your identity and delete your data within 30 days.
